ENTRY AND VERIFICATION OF INFORMATION IN GOTSPORT (USYS/US CLUB/SAY) TO ENSURE FULL ROSTER ELIGIBILITY AND CLEARANCE:

Players

•Complete biographical details

•Approved proof of age documentation

•Current, compliant headshot

•Completed medical waivers, as required

•Any additional materials required by the respective state association or governing body.

Staff/Adults

•Develop and communicate compliance instructions to coaches, managers, and other staff/adult participants

•Create GotSport registration link or upload for staff/adults to register and access all requirements

•Assist users in completing requirements (SafeSport, background check, HeadsUp, and any other items required by state association or governing body.

Roster Building for Sanctioned Events

BUILD AND SUBMIT EVENT-SPECIFIC ROSTERS IN GOTSPORT TO ENSURE TEAMS RECEIVE ALL REQUIRED, APPROVED MATERIALS, INCLUDING:

Access and Readiness

COORDINATE WITH CLUB LEADERSHIP, ADMINISTRATORS, AND TEAM MANAGERS TO ENSURE EVERY TEAM HAS THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION AND CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR ELECTRONICALLY ACCESSING ESSENTIAL MATERIALS, INCLUDING:
