Amanda Buckler and Jim Kupec started Club Boost in 2025 to address what they found to be a void in the marketplace — high-quality club operational and administrative services that were backed up with professional experience and an understanding of the attention to detail that it takes to run a club efficiently, effectively, and in a way that fosters growth and profitability.
Amanda Buckler has 15 years of experience in youth soccer administration and operations, and has worked with clubs, leagues and state associations across the country. After an early career in private equity, Amanda has served in various capacities in the youth sports landscape, uniquely positioning her to understand the logistical needs of clients and being able to effectively address and manage the services needed to power every club to perform.
Jim Kupec brings 30 years of experience in building client relationships, sales, and business development as a National Account Manager with the foremost industry-leading apparel and equipment provider in the US. Jim maintains decades-long relationships with youth and professional soccer clubs nationwide, prioritizing positive client relations and specializing in customized contracts and solutions to ensure that each client receives top-level service.
